Create a Line
A line is a subscription: the username and password a customer’s player signs in with, plus everything that account is allowed to do — how long it lasts, how many screens it may use, and which channels it sees. Every playlist, every device and every connection traces back to a line.
Open Lines → Add Line.
User details
Username and password — what the player app uses. Owner — the reseller the line belongs to; their credits paid for it, their panel manages it. Expiry date, or never expire for house accounts. Max connections — how many simultaneous streams the line may open; one line, one customer, as many screens as you sell them. Contact email and two sets of notes — one only admins see, one the owning reseller sees too.
Three flags change the line’s nature:
- Trial — marks it as a trial account, counted against the owning reseller’s trial limits.
- Restreamer — exempts the line from restream detection. For partners who are supposed to redistribute, so the protection does not fight your own wholesale customers.
- Ministra portal — the line signs in through the Ministra/Stalker portal flow instead of a playlist.
Bouquets
Tick the bouquets the line receives — this is the entire content decision. The line’s playlist, its player app listing and its EPG all derive from the bouquets chosen here, in the order you arranged them.
Restrictions
Everything on this tab narrows where and how the credentials work — the anti-sharing toolkit:
- Allowed IPs — the line connects only from listed addresses.
- Allowed user agents — only from listed players, with a per-line bypass switch when you need an exception to the panel-wide user-agent blocklist.
- Lock to ISP — pin the line to the network it genuinely uses; the panel shows the current ISP and a one-click clear when the customer legitimately moves.
- Forced country — connections from anywhere else are refused.
- Forced connection — pin the line to one server, overriding load balancing.
A line shared beyond its owner stops working the moment it leaves the allowed IPs, the home ISP or the home country — pick the restriction that matches how strict you want to be.
Advanced
Access token — a generated token that replaces username and password in playlist URLs, so the real credentials never appear in a file that gets copied around. Allowed outputs — which delivery formats this line may use, narrowing the panel-wide set per subscription.
At scale
The Lines list filters by status, expiry and owner, with per-row ban, disable and
kill-connection, and a mass editor for changing expiry, connections, bouquets or restrictions
across a selection. Creating lines programmatically — on payment, from your shop — is
create_line on the Admin API, or the
Reseller API when a reseller’s system does the selling.
A line is the account. What you sell is usually a package — duration, price in credits, device types and bouquets bundled into one product a reseller clicks once. That, and the MAG and Enigma2 device flavours of a subscription, are next in this section.
